Adding a case study is one content file in
src/content/work/: client, vertical, challenge,
approach, results as before → after → timeframe, an optional quote and a live URL. The before/after/timeframe
shape is deliberate — it forces a checkable claim instead of a vague one. Written client permission for the
name and the numbers comes first.
