Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website. Use of the Buildhaze platform itself is governed by the service agreement signed with each client, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Using this site

You may read, link to and share this site. You may not copy its design or content for a competing offering, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated means to extract content at a scale that degrades it for others.

Accounts and subscriptions

Platform accounts are created for a named business. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for what is published from your account. Subscription terms, fees and billing periods are set out in the plan you sign up to.

Content you publish

You keep ownership of everything you publish through the platform. You confirm you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law where your business operates.

What we do not promise

No one can guarantee a search position, a traffic figure or a revenue outcome, and we do not. What we commit to is that the system runs as described and shows you what changed and why. Nothing on this site is a contractual guarantee of a result.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to account holders before they take effect.
