Privacy policy
Last updated 28 August 2026.
This policy covers the buildhaze.com website. The Buildhaze platform, which client businesses log into, is covered by the agreement signed with each client.
What we collect
Contact form. Your name, business name, email address, an optional website URL and what you tell us you are trying to grow. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to set up your account.
Support and chat conversations. If you use the chat widget to reach a person, we store the name and email you give us together with the conversation, so we can continue it.
Analytics. We use cookieless analytics by default: aggregate page views and referrers, with no cross-site identifier and no profile built about you. Optional cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Contact and support data is processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and afterwards to perform it. Analytics runs on our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works — which is why the default configuration is the cookieless one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept for the life of the contract plus the retention period our accounting obligations require.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process this data on our instructions, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything wrong, deletion, or restriction of how we use it, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the contact address in the entity block above and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
